Lunar/ truma water filter problems

We have a 2013 lunar quasar and have had problems with water gushing out of the Truma water filter cap on the exterior of the van when the pump is turned on. The dealer has replaced the unit under warranty but water is still leaking out of the cap. Has anyone
else had similar problems?
