Diesel injector problems

Has anyone else had an engine management light come on whilst towing uphill and had fault codes show up for injectors or diesel pump?

I tow with a Hyundai Terracan (manual) pulling a Bailey Pegasus 624 and it has been an excellent tow car for many years in all conditions. It has just recently started to show up the engine management light and is now going in to a diesel specialist on Monday
morning to try and sort it out. Any ideas from anyone what they might find? It has only done just over 60K miles and is regularly serviced.
