Feature window internal condensation

Afternoon All,

We have a 2014 Sterling, one with the HL feature window (like on the swift's) and we have recently noticed condensation inside the panel.

Spoke to the dealer and they advises to take the 2 rubber plugs out of the window.

Anyboby else experianced anything similar??
