ACSI V Club Cheques

Does anyone know what the difference between ACSI and club cheques which is better i just cant get my head around it. Myself and the chancellor are planning our first trip to Germany and my head is hurting with everything i need to get from enviromental
badges to things that will send you a bill for driving on swiss motorways is there a easy approach to all this. Anyone help please.
