Speeding & speed ramps

Have been out at different sites for the last week & have noticed sites that have speed ramps partly control members who just can`t obey speed limits, Whereas sites with no speed ramps, very little stay close to anything under 15mph even when towing on site
so i`m all in favour of speed ramps on all sites
