Serviced Pitches Water connection

Please can someone clarify the definition of a fresh water connection on an ordinary serviced pitch (not the super-serviced).  The definition on the website states it is 'shared', but does that mean it has two taps on one post - one for each van - so I can
use my water hose connector, or is it just the one tap shared between two vans, where I need to get the water myself.
