Michelin Route Planner timings

Hi I am just starting to plan my first trip to Spain and France for next year after 15 years caravaning in UK. Is anyone able to verify how accurate the timings on the Michelin site are when towing caravan box is ticked. How long time wise would you recommend
towing in a day?
