Upgrading to Truma ultra flow

Hi

I am looking at upgrading my water inlet and pump with the Truma ultra flow, just wondered if anyone here had done the same job. I belive it should fit to the existing opening just different screw positions, but I have read some where that I need to put
in a non return valve as I would of thought the system would already have one or could it be built into the existing inlet. Any advice or tips from anyone who has done this very much appreciate.
