Overnight at Harwich Port.

I know this was discussed a while back but if I may ask again - has anyone recent experience of pitching up overnight at the Harwich Port for a 9 am ferry to Hook of Holland?  I know that it's allowed I was just looking for assurance that it works OK.  Thanks.

Apparently it works out well, there's plenty of room after the night time ferry has departed

Hi, it was last year but we stayed overnight after Stenna confirmed by e-mail that it was OK. As said no problems space wise after the overnight crossing to the Hook departs and we were told to pull into the marked lanes and keep to the left. Worked well
for us and had reasonably quiet night considering it's a port area.

Thanks for that.  It sounds like the most straight forward option.
