Campsites near Porto in Portugal

I seem to remember that this has been asked before but sorry I can't find the thread.

We shall be travelling north to Porto in mid October as part of our tour and want to stay in the area for three nights.

It seems that the two Obitur sites - Madelana and Angeiras are the most obvious but they get some very negative reviews.

Has anyone any personal experience of these sites or know of any others in the area? 

We are seasoned European travellers and have realistic expectations and can make comprimises where necessary. (We also know that reviews can be very misleading :-) )
