Booking sites in late August and September
We have taken our caravan to Europe for over 20 years, originally going in early/mid June for three weeks. Now we are retired we have been going in mid May and coming back as the ACSI rates stop in the beginning of July.
We have covered most of Europe and in all these years we have never pre-booked a site. We did favour municipals but as we have got older the parks have become more attractive.
Because of other commitments we were not able to go in June this year but have instead opted to go out to Ouisterham on the 21st August wander down to Madrid, and possibly Valencia (depends on how the mood takes us and come back from Santander
at the end of September.
I am sure many of you are familiar with this time of year, do we need to pre book or can we just role up and expect to find a space?
