condensation modification to luton pod

Has anyone had the condensation modifications done to their Luton pod after experiencing water ingress issues? We have a Bessacarr E425 2007 motorhome and had this done after reporting our problems in 2009 through the Swift Warranty. We have however continued
to experience the exact same problem and wondered if anyone else has had similar ongoing issues?
