Ferry to Spain after Christmas?

hi, does anyone know when ferries to spain usually start running again after xmas, i know we can not be specific but  we need to make loose plans and need a general idea and the time tables are not out yet and we were hoping to travel just after boxing day
if possible,i am sure someone will be able to help, happy hols and thanks
