Brugge to Luxembourg? HELP

Hi all, we are hoping to drive from Klien Strand in Brugge to Camping Gritt in Luxembourg, we see there are 3 routes on Google, so we were wondering which one is best for towing. We were thinking of the E40 route, has anyone done this or indeed could recommend a route, and how long it would take realistically towing.
