Caravan security easy and light to use

Insurers require that my new Lunar Ariva caravan be secured with a wheel device and a hitchlock. I bought such devices for my previous caravan but was unable to use either of them (especially the wheel clamp), and so any claim would have been invalidated.
fortunately the caravan remained safe in its storage. I tour alone, am well over 21, have a 'bad back' and am simply too weak in the back and arm to deal with the weight and awkwardness of most devices.

Can anyone help, please?
