Creaky Noise when Hitched

Hi all we have a 2013 Swift Sprite Major 4FB , and have used it a handful of times since march already, this weekend we took it out and as soon as i hooked it up to the car there is this horrible Creaking that seems to be coming from the suspension area,
i am finding it hard to locate, as it only does it when moving at low speeds, at one point i could stand on the a frame and jump up and down and it would do it and the noise definately sounded like it was coming from under the van, once on the road and moving
along it seems to go its only when i slow down whether it be roundabouts speedbumps straights, all the same! any help and ideas please i dont expect this from a new van, we already have some problems with furniture edging peeling
