Which unit to choose?
For reasons best only know to us, ( grandchildren arriving, babysitting duties, family holidays etc etc) we decided to sell our motorhome after 9 years last year, as for the previous 2 years we just hardly got away . Oh dear how we miss it, and the type
of holidays it embraced more. Anyway we have seriously been thinking about a caravan, which we think would be a lot more practical at this present time. Now obviously , don't know much about the caravan language, nose weights, towing limits etc etc and would
probably enrol on a towing course too. But I think my main questions are, can I tow with Ford Focus 1.6 titanium TDCi 59 plate, or would I need a bigger car before I start looking , what size van would it tow
if it could. and what would be an ideal starter van, probably 2 berth but maximum 4.
