Storage Facilities in Southern France

Hi, We are looking to store our caravan in the South of France (ideally in or near the Ardeche) so that we can travel to France several times each year without having to tow the caravan all the way down each time. Does anyone know of good, secure storage
sites in this area ?

Also what sort of things do I need to consider and ask the storage site owners?
