Website 'Timeout' - Get a Grip

Why does the Club find it necessary to 'time out' access to the website so quickly.    I can understand they don't want one or two people remaining online indefinitely and blocking the system, but really.....

The period before timeout could be extended so that at least if you take a break to answer the door or phone while browsing you are not timed out....
