Alan Rogers Taken over by the Caravan Club

I've just read a News Release which says that The Caravan Club took over the Alan Rogers Travel Group on 5th October 2012.    Not sure what the implications of this are for Club Members but I would be interested to hear from CC staff what they feel it will
mean in practical terms.
