New Law in Switzerland

I understand that from January 1st it is now compulsory to use headlamps in daylight hours in Switzerland, as it is in Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Slovenia and Sweden. Has anyone seen confirmation of this?
