Problem with second bed

Hi, I have recently purchased a Fiat Ducato Chausson Welcome 75 motorhome 2008, unfortunately I am having some problems with the second bed. I cant seem to make it up, there is a piece of wood that sits on top of the table leg and then you place the table
on top. The table doesnt seem to fit properly and it slides around! Does anyone have the same model motorhome? am I missing a piece? is the table used to make the bed? Please help me, I cant find any information about it at all, thanks in advance. Nick.
