Should the CC adopt the same practice as C&CC

I was reading a comment by a cc member that if you stop one night, on c&cc site you cant have ehu is this to,  deter people from booking one night and then moving on, as from what the person was saying that there was plenty of pitches not being used because of this rule would this free up pitches at weekends, on cc sites also, i think he was suggesting it stop's people with m/h using sites for one night , so freeing up spaces for people who wanted stay friday to sunday as m/h's tend to spend one night and move on to somewhere else, i would be interested in cc member's comments, and please dont shoot  the messenger instead of the horse im staying neutral.
