Hi fellow community members... My Partner and I will be travelling Europe in our Caravan and then New Zealand in a hired Motorhome for a total of 18 months or maybe more if all goes well. We have decided to rent our house out for that time to help towards the cost of our dream trip, this means we will not have a home during that period. Has anyone tried this before and what are the implications or problems that may arise legally, as regards to leaving the UK for that length of time? I also intend getting some legal advice, but wanted to throw this open for discussion first out of interest!.. Thanks all and look forward to some ideas!
