calais to barcelona

hi i am towing my boat 2 tonne with santas fe 2.2 to barcelona from calais on a thursday leaving calais at midnight, looking for best route, speed would be good but dont want to pay earth in tolls or extra fuel, also some say avoid paris even late aty night,
and shouldnt try A75 towing? any thoughts?
