locker problems swift challenger 540

any one suffering from water ingess in the back locker (under the bed) in very heavy rain and high winds we get a puddle under the bed which trails back into the caravan and causes wet carpets!!! we need to get new carpets now as they smell and have gone mouldy. my husband has put sealant around the locker door ,but we still have the problem! any ideas please getting desperate .we have a swift challenger 540 2008 model.
