Pre-paid currency card in France

We are travelling down to the south of france from Calais this year and have been looking into getting a pre-paid currency card . Last year we paid a transaction fee every time we used our credit/debit card whether it be a supermarket, restaurant or
toll road. I have investigated these cards and they still appear to charge you a fee on the toll roads.

Does anyone know of a pre-paid card that doesnt charge you for using the toll roads.
