Going to Spain!

Hi, We have just bought our 1st caravan and want to travel down to Spain for a month or so, ultimately we would like to get towards the Benidorm area, does anyone have any recommendations of the best route and places to stay? we have spoken to a fer people
and have mixed reports that sites are closed out of peak season, I have received the club info in traveling abroad but it is always good to chat to people that may have been there too

 

We did look at using a ferry but the costs seem so high and to be honest if we can plan a good route what better way to see the country we would be traveling through
