1st time caravan travel to France

Hi, we are looking to plan a 3 week holiday touring France next July.  We are planning to take Portsmouth-le Havre route, and will do the overnight crossing there, but on the way back the ferry arrives into Portsmouth at 9:30 and we are looking for a site
close to Ferry port, any suggestions? Thank you
