McLouis Lagan 263 Second bed problem!

Hi,

We have recently converted to a motorhome from a caravan. Although we have caravaned for a long time we have not come across the dinette/second bed set up which is in our McLouis Lagan.

If anyone could help and shed some light onto this we would be very grateful
