Rouen Diversions

We will be heading towards Biarritz early May, and are going via Rouen, Evereux, Chartres. Has anyone got any updates of diversions through Rouen, or will the Ponte Mathilde bridge be open by then. We came through from the south in June last year, and annoyingly
made 3 attempts going through the diversions which were not very well signed. On a lighter note, even the people in the Kleenex factory were waving to us as we drove past the 4th time. Any advice will be appreciated.
