Inconsistant rules.

I cant be the only one who has noticed the amount of problems discussed at length on this forum that are a direct result of "inconsistant ruleings" by club staff mainly wardens.Now wardens do a great job on the majority of sites but the inconsistancy between sites amazes me.This can be anything from arrival times too how you position your van.Why does this situation exist in your opinion.?? Is it purely down too the wardens or a lack of precise ruleing and too much flexibility ??
