First time abroad with car and caravan
I am thinking of going over to france for the first time and would like any advice from members who have travelled abroad before about driving in europe and in france in particular,for instance I have been looking at sites close to the ferry ports for my
first time and Roscoff in particular could any one recommend any sites not to far from the port i have looked at about 4 sites chateau de galinee,les abers,de trologot,les mouettes,has any one stayed at these and which would you recommend out of the four sites,
our children have grown up so it will be my wife and I,also have looked at michelin on line maps and put in the five digit postcode for these sites and found routes but do these postcodes take you straight to the sites or to the nearest town and then you
have to look for the camp sites my biggest worry is getting lost any help would be most useful escpcially any tips on driving in france,although i will have sat nav i also intend to buy a decent map as well I intend to take out red pennant insurance as well.any
help would be extremely useful.thank you.
