We read that "cash for crash" incidents are causeing most peoples car insurance to be higher than it really should be but here,s a heart warming tale 
I have three cars insured with one of the well known companies on a multicar policy and when i got my renewel last week the three cars had a combined drop of £170 on last years price so i was pleasantly surprised also on the policy was a charge of £56 for personnal injury cover.Now i dont want this cover so i rang up the company and was put through too a very nice lady in Canada 
.I explained that i did,nt want the p/i cover and she said fine and commented on the time i had been with this company.I said its only three years but she said thats a long time in the car insurance business so lets see if we can improve the quote.She then went on too give me the p/i cover for nothing and reduce the quote on the three cars buy a futher £140 without any prompting.So for me a good result.
