    I've still got one, original sixties,which is still going strong. and has all the original attachments.  BUT, we weren't well off, and it wasn't my mother's! I bought it for £1 at a garage sale a year or two ago.

    And we all wouldn't be contributing to this thread without the first 'Personal Computer'.  Now what a revolution that has led to!  The internet, Skype, Club Together and all the other things we wouldn't be without these days!

    Another iconic form of transport - not that I ever had one and had to make do with my 10 speed Carlton racer......the Raleigh Chopper bike!

    Good choice Paul.The chopper was first marketed in the UK in 1970.The one below is a MK1 and was called The Hot One.The MK3 came out in 2004.Happy These bikes sell for incredibe money these days if in mint condition.
