Motorhoming in northern spain end of August

Hoping to drive down thru France and into spain by ST jean de luz, meander across the pyranees ith some time possible in Roses,carcassonne if time permits.  Not sure if aires are avilable in Spain as really want to to stay away from big commercial sites
that are popular with winter long stay campers.  Can I do this in a 17 night trip?
