Would you buy a new model?

Impressed by the new technology in the Swift but then started wondering. I bought the new Bailey Unicorn in 2011 and now it has to go back to the factory for a new floor due to damp ingress. The later model, S2, has had a number of teething problems. I like
the Swift (although it is £3000 over-priced because it is "new") but wonder what problems will surface in the next year or two. Is it better to wait or buy a Coachman because they are stuck in the dark ages and haven't changed for years?
