English speaking vets in France

We hope to take our dog to France next year and are looking for a campsite for our motorhome that we can walk to the vets from. Ideally we would like the campsite within 2hrs max drive of the tunnel, any ideas anyone? Oh and it would help if the vet spoke
some english as my french is limited
