Winter Holidays

My wife and i have been caravanning for just over four years and have enjoyed every minute.We have stayed on Caravan Club sites and others in England,Scotland and Wales in that time,and with one excption(Castleton in the Peak District December 2011 when
we were snowed in),have enjoyed reasoably good weather.However after the winter we have just experienced  we would like to take the outfit down to Spain inJanuary 2014 for a couple of months in search of ,hopefully,a milder climate.If any members who make
this part of their  touring year and know of any sites they can recommend i would be most grateful.
