Outstanding service from Swift and Thetford
With reference to my recent post regarding our inner glass on the oven door shattering, I must express my sincere gratitude to Dave Bowden from Swift for setting things in motion.
Sue Irwin from Swift/Thetford deserves a very special thank you. Sue contacted me by phone and email and went well above and beyond the call of duty by coming to York to replace the glass. This was at the end of a long working day for her and took her some
distance out of her commute home. I wasn't looking for (or even expected) the glass to be replaced during our holiday. We expected to deal with it when we got home.
We often read complaints about manufacturers and service so its only right to to give praise when and where it is deserved.
So once again a big thank you to both of you.
Sue you are a credit to Swift And Thetford.
