BP Gas in the Netherlands

I am a great fan of what was known as "BP Gas Light" - now Gaslight owned by MacGas and distributed through Homebase and some petrol station forecourts. The cylinders are lighter than Calor Lite and are transparent so you can see the level. They also have
snap-on connectors.

This year in France I have noticed a number of Dutch owned caravans with these cylinders. I'm told that they are "BP Gas" and available at every caravan accesory shop in The Netherlands and have been for several years. Furthermore, whilst MacGas only do
the 5 and 10 kg cylinders with snap-on connector, I saw one cylinder which looked larger and with a thread connection.

I am curious to know how a similar product has appeared in The Netherlands and is still referred to as BP Light. Anybody know?
