Off to Italy

We are setting off this Sunday for 5/6 weeks and will be trying out some of your recommendations on the West coast but probably no further South than Cecina. Mainly ACSI sites on the radar. Also thanks for repeated recommendations for Halifax Clarity which
we now have and have already used once to pay for something online in dollars at an excellent exchange rate and no transaction charge. Hope it works on the autoroute.

The (ever flexible) plan is to go via Guignicourt, Obernai (municipal site for two days or more), Bellinzona (one night) then drop down to Milan and Genoa to the coastal Autostrada. I have a sneaking suspicion we might end up back in Lake Maggiore, one of
the most beautiful places in Europe.
