Any experiences of calling out Green Flag

Hi folks, last year we ended up joining RAC Arrival and consequently the C&CC as well, we did have cause to call the RAC out for the 'van as the mover broke, and they sorted very efficiently, was quite impressed with them. Am still considering Green flag
this year though to save some pennies, has anyone had any experiences of calling out good or bad please so I can make a balanced view Many thanks
