New Elldis Crusader Shamal

Does anyone else have an Elldis Crusader Shamal 2014, 2015? The reason is we have a few questions about our 2015 caravan that as yet, Elddis cannot answer....

1. We have a floor courtesy light  (near the floor on the left as you enter the caravan) that  is permanently on and there does not appear to be a switch to turn it off. Can anyone tell us where the switch is?

2. No jack is supplied with the caravan and the jacking point is almost impossible to access because the mud flap mount or mover is in the way.  What type of jack have other owners bought and how have they solved the problem with the jacking point?
