Sites on Italian West Coast

This year in May/June we are venturing further South than ever before and thinking of trying a couple of sites recommended to us by Dutch people. First is Valle Gaia, Cecina (ACSI 2610), second is Stella Del Mare near Castiglione della Pescaia (ACSI 2613).
Has anybody been there? Would they be too busy at this time? Any other recommendations appreciated, maybe within striking distance of Cinque Terra villages.
