Swimming Pool at Playa Joyel

Hi all,

i am booked in at Playa Joyel for two weeks in June and i have just noticed on the website that the swimming and padddling pools dont open until 1st July, does anyone know if this is right or not? i find it hard to believe a swimming pool is closed in June
in Spain, the wife is going mental, she wants to cancel regardless of cost and find somewhere else, i am hoping somone knows different and can save my money, lol, thanks.
