Municipal le Clos Imbert, Thouars

Just using a wet afternoon to think about next summer and came across this site. It's an area we don't know well, although close to both the Loire and the Vendee.

Anybody know it? It looks like a nice town but access to the site seems a bit tight according to Street View.
