Does a wind-out awning count for fees?

I was reading the thread about new CL's and noticed some charge for an "awning".

Now mine is called an awning but is a bog standard wind-out which I use if it's very sunny or a bit drizzly. It has no sides, just two legs for stability. Would a site charge extra for it?
