Levelling twin axles

I am very new to caravaning and therefore completely unused to leveling.  My caravan is a Coachman Laser twin axle and comes with Al-ko wheel locks, which are reasonably easy to fit using a trolley jack, but I've only had to fit them on a slight side-to-side
slope.

If I am on a end-to-end slope, I can get one lock on using the mover to allign the wheel, but how do I put the 2nd one on which is mandatory for the insurance ?

If I leave the handbrake on, I can't turn the wheel once jacked ... if I leave it attached to the car, I doubt very much I'll be able to jack it enough to spin the caravan wheels ... I've looked at a few devices from Milenco and Lock-n-level, but, again,
they only seem to cover side-to-side slopes ... I tried jacking in on my drive which has a very small rearward slope and then releasing the handbrake, but it fell off the jack, which was pretty scary and potentially very dangerous !

A second question - assuming I resolve the first problem of fitting the wheel locks - if the slope is end-to-end, should I be putting levelers on the same axle under the low end to get it level, or are the steadies strong enough to level it ?

All the Youtube videos talk about leveling, twin axles and al-ko locks as separate topics, but don't seem to cover the above combination scenario.

Sorry if this is basic stuff, but my next trip will only be my second ever trip ... not to mention my second ever tow of anything at all !
