Fibreglass awning pole elastic rethreading

We were hit by a high wind in Cornwall last year. It ripped all of the elastics off the bottom of our awning, and sheered off some of the pole ends. After fixing all this I thought I'd also get the elastic rethreaded in some awning poles. Jacksons of Old
Arley sold and fitted new elastics.
I am after the tool that they used. It has a screwdriver handle, about a 12inch (300mm) shank and a U-shaped prong on the end (which itself has an indent to hold the elastic).
Does anyone know where I can purchase such a tool from?
